Margherita Potente (Alessandria, 09/09/1984) Progettista / Consulente Passivhaus (Passivhaus institut Darmstadt). Nel 2012 si laurea in architettura con una tesi in composizione architettonica ambientata in India. Nel 2015 porta a certificazione Passivhaus la prima multiresidenza in legno in Italia, riconosciuta da Zephir Passivhaus Italia come riferimento per gli edifici passivi in area mediterranea. Oltre alla progettazione architettonica si occupa di simulazioni fisico-edili e di progettazione impiantistica, con particolare riferimento al confort indoor ed al risparmio energetico.

In 2012 she graduated in architecture with an architectural planning thesis set in India. In 2015 she certificated the first Passivhaus multi-family housing built in wood in Italy, acknowledged by the Zephir Passivhaus Italia who has taken it as a reference for passive buildings in the Mediterranean environment. In addition to architectural design, she deals with simulations and plant design, paying particular attention to comfort indoor and energy saving.
